Root Canal in Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Mulberry, Haines City & Neighboring Areas

Root CanalMany people think that having a root canal procedure means pain, suffering and expense. Walding and Associates would like to put your mind at ease by answering any questions you might have about possible treatment plans.

Today, a root canal is similar to getting a filling and can usually be done in 1 to 2 appointments. Inside your tooth, under the enamel and dentin, is a bit of soft tissue known as the pulp. The pulp contains connective tissues, nerves and blood vessels. This is what is removed during what is also called a pulp canal.

Root canal benefits:

  • Saves your natural tooth
  • Retains the natural appearance of your mouth
  • Preserves normal biting force and sensation
  • Protects the surrounding teeth from excessive strain or wear
  • Alleviates associated tooth pain
  • Prevent shifting of other teeth

To ease any fear or anxiety you may have about the procedure, we offer sedation dentistry. If you are relaxed, our dentist can work longer with no complications, meaning fewer visits will be needed and you will experience no pain during the procedure.

We also offer emergency dental care. If you experience painful jaw pain or toothache or break or fracture a tooth, contact us as quickly as possible. More than likely we can schedule you for an appointment that same day with our walk-in dentist.

Walding and Associates are very proud to serve patients in Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Mulberry, Haines City and neighboring areas. Please contact us to schedule an appointment if you’re considering a root canal or need emergency dental care. We strive to be an affordable dentist and are dedicated to fulfilling all your dental needs in a quick but gentle manner.
